Five Different Technologies Combined

The V-Shape combines five different technologies including IR (Infrared laser), Bi-polar RF, massage roller, vacuum and ultrasound cavitation. The combination of IR, vacuum and RF cause deep heating of the fat cells, their surrounding connective tissue and the underlying dermal collagen fibres. This type of efficient heating and vacuum stimulates the growth of new and better collagen and elastin which results in localised reduction in skin laxity, body volume, and an overall improvement in skin structure and texture. The massage roller causes an immediate increase in circulation and lymphatic drainage, both essential components for healthy skin structure.

Refund PolicyThank you for choosing Tranquil Essence. We are committed to providing high-quality Beauty & Aesthetic services to our valued clients. Before booking an appointment, please read and understand our refund policy in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for services that have been provided or completed. This includes, but is not limited to, cosmetic treatments, beauty procedures, consultations, and any other services offered by Tranquil Essence.

2. Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a booked service and wish to cancel, we require at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. In such cases, we can offer you the option to reschedule your appointment for a different date and time, subject to availability.

3. Service Dissatisfaction

While we strive to deliver exceptional service, if you are dissatisfied with the results of a completed service, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days of your appointment. We will assess your concerns and, if deemed appropriate by our team of professionals, we may offer a complimentary corrective treatment or adjustment.

4. Medical Concerns

If you experience any adverse reactions or medical concerns as a result of a service provided by Tranquil Essence, please seek immediate medical attention and inform us of the situation. We will work with you to investigate the matter and determine the appropriate course of action.

5. Product Reactions

In the event of a skin reaction or adverse response to a product used during a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request that you provide information about the specific product, your medical history, and any other relevant details to assist us in addressing the situation appropriately.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond our control that result in the cancellation or disruption of scheduled services, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time for you.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our refund policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not affect your rights and remedies under consumer protection laws.

Late Cancelation / No-Show PolicyTo better serve all our valued clients and maintain the efficiency of our services, we are implementing a new policy regarding appointment attendance. This policy aims to reduce no-shows and ensure that all clients have a fair opportunity to schedule appointments.

1. Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the following consequences:

a. First No-Show: For the first occurrence of a no-show, the client will be charged a $25 fee.

b. Second No-Show: If a client no-shows for the second time, they will be subject to a $50 fee.

c. Third No-Show: After the third occurrence of a no-show, the client will forfeit the treatment scheduled for that day.

2. No-Show Due to Illness: In the case of a no-show due to illness, clients are required to provide a doctor's certificate or medical proof specifying the inability to attend the appointment. This certificate must be submitted before booking a new appointment to avoid the applicable fees and treatment forfeiture.

Exceptions:
In certain unavoidable circumstances, exceptions may be made to the above policy at the discretion of our management. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you encounter such a situation.
