We will send a Pathology Request Form via Email and you can go for a blood test at any Pathology location and request them to upload the results to your My Health Record.
Book a Telehealth appointment at Surfers Health Medical Centre with Dr. Mark Jeffery by calling (07) 5592 5999. The Telehealth consultation and prescription will cost $65. (Medicare rebates can be claimed afterwards)
Once you have been cleared to proceed by the Doctor and have received the prescription, contact the Tranquil Essence Clinic you intend to visit via phone or Email to book-in for IV Vitamin Infusion with our Clinician.

We do not offer refunds for services that have been provided or completed. This includes, but is not limited to, cosmetic treatments, beauty procedures, consultations, and any other services offered by Tranquil Essence.

2. Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a booked service and wish to cancel, we require at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. In such cases, we can offer you the option to reschedule your appointment for a different date and time, subject to availability.

3. Service Dissatisfaction

While we strive to deliver exceptional service, if you are dissatisfied with the results of a completed service, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days of your appointment. We will assess your concerns and, if deemed appropriate by our team of professionals, we may offer a complimentary corrective treatment or adjustment.

4. Medical Concerns

If you experience any adverse reactions or medical concerns as a result of a service provided by Tranquil Essence, please seek immediate medical attention and inform us of the situation. We will work with you to investigate the matter and determine the appropriate course of action.

5. Product Reactions

In the event of a skin reaction or adverse response to a product used during a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible. 6. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond our control that result in the cancellation or disruption of scheduled services, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time for you.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our refund policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not affect your rights and remedies under consumer protection laws.

Late Cancelation / No-Show PolicyTo better serve all our valued clients and maintain the efficiency of our services, we are implementing a new policy regarding appointment attendance. This policy aims to reduce no-shows and ensure that all clients have a fair opportunity to schedule appointments.

1. Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the following consequences:

a. First No-Show: For the first occurrence of a no-show, the client will be charged a $25 fee.

b. Second No-Show: If a client no-shows for the second time, they will be subject to a $50 fee.

c. Third No-Show: After the third occurrence of a no-show, the client will forfeit the treatment scheduled for that day.

2. No-Show Due to Illness: In the case of a no-show due to illness, clients are required to provide a doctor's certificate or medical proof specifying the inability to attend the appointment. This certificate must be submitted before booking a new appointment to avoid the applicable fees and treatment forfeiture.
