How Does CoolSlimming Work?

There are 2 types of body fat, Subcutaneous and Visceral.
Subcutaneous fat sits under the skin, as opposed to visceral fat which surrounds the organs. Everyone has some subcutaneous fat, and that’s the fat CoolSlimming® is designed to freeze and destroy. CoolSlimming® Fat Freezing uses advanced cooling technology to selectively target and destroy fat cells, without harming the surrounding tissues and nerves.
During a CoolSlimming® Fat Freezing treatment, a gel pad and applicator is applied to the treatment area. Controlled cooling is safely delivered to the targeted fat.
The fat cells are frozen at a temp between 0°C to -11°C depending on the amount of fat. When the fat cells are frozen to the point of damage they die and never come back.
Once the treated fat cells are crystallized, over the next 3-12 weeks they are naturally processed and eliminated by the body’s lymphatic system.
Treatments are quick, pain free and there is no recovery time making this a perfect alternative to traditional invasive Liposuction surgery.

Why Coolslimming?Our revolutionary Medical Grade CoolSlimming® Device with brand new 360° cooling plates allow us to freeze 60% more surface area than standard applicators and 4 hand pieces which can be used simultaneously. This technology targets and freezes unwanted fat cells in the selected area to induce a noticeable, natural-looking reduction in fat bulges. What will the results be?Many patients are satisfied after one treatment. However, during your consultation, we can discuss a treatment plan that will meet your specific treatment needs. Every treatment reduces the fat cells by 25%-40%, for optimal results patients need 3 treatments one month apart, which can reduce fat cells by approximately 75% and will give you a dramatic noticeable change.
What happens during the treatment?To initiate the treatment we will position the device on your body. The device will then draw the bulge up into the cooling handpiece. The sensation is a firm pull and pressure – enough of a pull to ensure the selected tissue will be cooled most efficiently. 45 minutes later, you’re done.
Can I return to normal activities after the procedure?CoolSlimming® is completely non-surgical, so typically you can return to normal activities immediately. Some patients experience redness, minor bruising, tingling, numbness or discomfort in the treated area but this is temporary and will resolve completely. Often times, patients return to work after the session is over.
When will I see results?You may start to see changes as quickly as two weeks after your treatment, and will experience the most dramatic results after one to three months. Your body is still flushing fat cells and will continue doing so for up to 12 weeks after treatment.
Are the results permanent?Yes, results are permanent. During CoolSlimming®, the treated fat cells are eliminated. As long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle, long-term results will remain stable. Once the fat cells are gone, they are gone forever.
What parts of the body can Coolslimming freeze?CoolSlimming® can freeze anywhere from the ankle to the chin. We have applicators to fit every body part including a mini chin applicator.

1. Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for services that have been provided or completed. This includes, but is not limited to, cosmetic treatments, beauty procedures, consultations, and any other services offered by Tranquil Essence.

2. Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a booked service and wish to cancel, we require at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. In such cases, we can offer you the option to reschedule your appointment for a different date and time, subject to availability.

3. Service Dissatisfaction

While we strive to deliver exceptional service, if you are dissatisfied with the results of a completed service, we encourage you to contact us within 14 days of your appointment. We will assess your concerns and, if deemed appropriate by our team of professionals, we may offer a complimentary corrective treatment or adjustment.

4. Medical Concerns

If you experience any adverse reactions or medical concerns as a result of a service provided by Tranquil Essence, please seek immediate medical attention and inform us of the situation. We will work with you to investigate the matter and determine the appropriate course of action.

5. Product Reactions

In the event of a skin reaction or adverse response to a product used during a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request that you provide information about the specific product, your medical history, and any other relevant details to assist us in addressing the situation appropriately.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond our control that result in the cancellation or disruption of scheduled services, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time for you.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our refund policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not affect your rights and remedies under consumer protection laws.

Late Cancelation / No-Show PolicyTo better serve all our valued clients and maintain the efficiency of our services, we are implementing a new policy regarding appointment attendance. This policy aims to reduce no-shows and ensure that all clients have a fair opportunity to schedule appointments.

1. Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the following consequences:

a. First No-Show: For the first occurrence of a no-show, the client will be charged a $25 fee.

b. Second No-Show: If a client no-shows for the second time, they will be subject to a $50 fee.

c. Third No-Show: After the third occurrence of a no-show, the client will forfeit the treatment scheduled for that day.

2. No-Show Due to Illness: In the case of a no-show due to illness, clients are required to provide a doctor's certificate or medical proof specifying the inability to attend the appointment. This certificate must be submitted before booking a new appointment to avoid the applicable fees and treatment forfeiture.

Exceptions:
